The relative newcomer to the line up. Des has been a singer in local folk clubs for many years and is a founder member of the Warwickshire Singers Circle. He has also been a member of Morris Sides having danced with Earlsdon and with Plum Jerkum. With Plum Jerkum he has held the position of Squire and Foreman. Des has also joined the MC committee that keeps the Harbury Folk Club to order.

Among his other interests he has managed to knit up an Arran sweater or two and was most disappointed to discover that Ninepenny Marl had thrown theirs away.
